Rising Phoenix Gymnastics is an up-and-coming Gymnastics Club committed to releasing the potential in every budding gymnast.

Rising Phoenix was started after the birth of my little girl (the name’s sake of the club) I wanted to be able to work around being a mum.

 

I have worked in several gymnastics’ clubs around the country and even in America coaching from pre-school to elite and I believe I have drawn from the strengths and weaknesses from these clubs to make a club that brings out the best in every child and every coach.

 

Our beginners’ classes are taught by a qualified Artistic Coachs as we believe that a strong Recreational base is the key to allowing each child to develop to his/her potential.
